As a course participant you agree to the following notes and conditions.

Course Policies and Terms and Conditions

  • To access our courses, you must attest that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The term “course” includes the course web pages, courses and all associated materials.


Use of Course Materials

  • All courses and materials, along with references used in or related to the courses, are the property of Mohr Academy or of third parties and used under permission granted to Mohr Academy and may only be used in the manner detailed in Mohr Academy course platforms. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Mohr Academy and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the course or others as approved by Mohr Academy.

  • You are welcome to download course pdf and text files and example codes for practices. However, lecture videos are embedded in our educational software and cannot be downloaded. Downloading our lecture videos through third-party programs are not allowed. 

  • As a courtesy to our students, we provide three month extended access to our course content through our educational platform. 

  • You may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the course content, login and password information, readings, references, links or any other materials.


 Course Exam

  • Mohr Academy Certificate will be awarded to the participants upon successful completion of the course. The successful completion of the course is upon returning your course exam solutions by the provided deadline. 

  • Participants should work on the exam materials by their own without consultation or help of others. 


Course Access

  • Only course registrants have access to the course content and discussion forums.  

  • Login and password information of the course product you purchased cannot be shared to others.


Refunds

  • You may withdraw from a course at any time before the course start date and before acquiring access to the course materials. 

  • Once you have logged in to the course page, you will not receive a refund for any reason. 

  • After the course start date, you will not receive a refund for any reason. 


Effective Period

  • The courses are designed to be completed within course period. Course materials will be accessible by registrants three months after the course end date. After the end of three months, your access to the course page will be terminated.

 
 Attestation

  • Mohr Academy will deny access to this course to any individual who does not agree to the terms and conditions contained in our course page and website.
