Civotec LLC and their instructors and course developers try their best to provide high-quality educational materials to students and participants. However, Civotec LLC cannot guarantee that all Contents and Services are fault and error-free. Civotec LLC tries its best to modify the Contents and Services to eliminate potential errors and faults. If errors or faults are recognized by students and participants, they can report those errors and faults to Civotec LLC through our contact page. Civotec LLC provides every attempt to modify the Content and remove faults and errors as soon as possible.

Civotec LLC does not provide engineering consulting services. Our instructors and experts will focus on the course outline and will not provide any recommendations on any specific project. Civotec LLC will not be liable to you or any other party for any decision, design, analysis, investigation, consulting, or any other services made or action taken in reliance on the information, courses, and services given by us.
Access to Civotec LLC Contents might be limited, disturbed, or abrupted due to technical issues or periodic repairs. Civotec LLC tries its best to make the content accessible to Participants and Students as soon as possible.
All Contents and Services provided by Civotec LLC are considered “as is” and “as available”.
INTERNATIONAL USE AND SALES
Civotec LLC is not responsible neither liable that its Content is appropriate to use or purchase in counties out of the United States. It is the responsibility of the Participants and individuals who purchase or use Civotec LLC Content to make sure their purchase and usage are in compliance with their local laws and orders.
REGISTRATION
In order to use Services provided, you might be required to register at Civotec LLC. Upon registration, you might be requested to provide your personal and professional information. Any Participant information collected during registration and any other interaction with Civotec LLC may be stored and used according to Civotec LLC’s Privacy Policy. To register on this website, you are required to be over eighteen years old.
All online payments to Civotec LLC are through third-party secure transaction platforms including Paypal and Stripe Financial Services. Through online payments, Civotec LLC does not have access and does not seek any financial data such as credit card, debit card, and PayPal information of the users and registrants.
In addition to online payment methods, Civotec LLC accepts payments through mailing checks by the registrants. In this case, registrations are only confirmed and finalized once Civotec LLC receives the checks in mail and deposits the course tuition.
All information provided by the Participant shall be accurate, correct, and complete.
Any changes of the Participant’s personal information including the contact information shall be informed to Civotec LLC immediately through the contact page in order to continue the necessary communications between Civotec LLC and the Participant.
The Participant shall keep and reserve the username and password used for registration at Civotec LLC confidential and private. The Participant is not allowed to share their username and password with any third parties.
If Civotec LLC becomes aware of misuse of its Intellectual Property and website or any security breach, it reserves the right to close or suspend the Participant’s account or access to its contents.
Civotec LLC reserved the right to suspend accounts or cease a Participant from using its content if it becomes aware of any use of proxy IP’s, VPN’s, multiple accounts, multiple logins, sharing an account and Contents with unregistered or unpaid third parties, disrupting other accounts, or any other disrupting activities.
TERMINATION, WITHDRAWAL, AND CANCELLATION
Course withdrawal: Students and participants can withdraw the course(s) they have registered. Withdrawal refund policy is as follows: (i) Full refund will be applied to the participant who withdraws more than 14 days prior to the course first date, (ii) 70% of the registration fee will be refunded to the participant who withdraw less than 14 days but more than 4 days prior to the course first date, (iii) 40% of the registration fee will be refunded to the participant who withdraws less than 4 days but before the class start date, (iv) no refund will be provided after the course initiation.
Class cancellation: Civotec LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the offered courses or services. Civotec LLC will fully refund clients for cancelled classes. For postponed classes, registrants have the option (1) to receive their full refund and not participate the postponed class or (2) agree with the postponed class schedule, rebook their registration, and allow Civotec LLC to preserve their registration fee for the postponed course. For the second option, Civotec LLC requests written approval of the registrant to rebook their registration for the new class schedule. The same course withdrawal policies will then be applied to the rebooked courses.
Upon cancellation of registration or termination of Participant’s subscriptions to Civotec LLC Content, the Participant is not allowed to use Civotec LLC Content anymore.
